If you are trying to make edits to a webpage that is currently within your Drupal Group site, there are a few ways to find the content:

Option 1: Use the Content Section

Group Content: Pages, Articles, Events, etc.

  1. From within your Group, select the Content tab (if you’re not already there). This will display the content administration overview for that Group.

You can use filtering by using the Title, Published Status and/or Type fields to help find the specific content you're looking for.

  2. Select Edit node from the Operations dropdown for the content you want to edit.

Group Media: Images, Video, Documents, etc.

  1. From within your Group, select the Media tab. You'll be taken to the list of media within that Group, including images, documents, and videos.

Option 2: My Content

We’ve created a view display that shows content you have authored or modified. Please view the My Content article for information on using this feature as an option for finding your content.

NOTE: If you manage multiple Group sites and/or flagship site content, they will all be in one list within My Content so be diligent when selecting a webpage to edit.

Option 3: Use the Website's Navigation

You can use the website's navigation to find the page or section you want to edit.

Once viewing the webpage, you can use the Edit tab that's above the page header, to get to that webpage’s edit screen.

Notes:

  • This method will not work if you are on a custom domain.
  • This method will allow you to find pages that have already been created and published. However, this is not the best way to find content that is still in draft or unpublished. The best way to find this type of content is to use the Content tabs, as described above in Option 1 and 2.
