This guide requires a user within a Group. If you're not in a Group then you will NOT be able to make the necessary changes.



Find Your Group

  1. Make sure you're logged in

  2. From the Main Menu, select My Groups
  3. You will see the list of Groups available to your user, and the role assigned to you in it
     
  4. Click on the Group you want to access

  5. .You'll be taken to your Group's homepage. From there, you'll be able to access other features



Access Group Content

Pages, Articles, Events, etc.

  1. From your Group's Homepage
  2. Select the Content tab
  3. You'll be taken to the content overview for that Group
  4. From there, select Edit node from the Operations dropdown for the content you want to edit.

    Alternatively, you can also navigate to the page on your site you wish to edit and click the Edit content tab just below the main header. Note: this route will not work if you are on a custom domain.



Access Group Media

Images, Video, Documents, etc.

  1. From your Group's Homepage
  2. Select the Media tab.
  3. You'll be taken to the list of media within that group, including images, documents, and videos.
