Need to publish or archive content at a specific date and time? Follow these steps to submit your content for review and scheduling.

This guide requires a user with at least a Restricted Editor role. If you don't have access to Pages, Articles, or Departments you will not be able to make the necessary changes.

All scheduled content should be submitted at least two business days before the expected publication time to allow adequate time for review and approval.

How to Schedule Content

1. Set a Schedule Time

  1. Go to Create or Edit the content you wish to schedule.

    • Please note: this feature is only available to PagesArticlesor Departments.

  2. After having made the changes, in the right sidebar, look for the Scheduling Options.

  3. Set the Publish On (for Publishing) or Unpublish On (for Archiving):
    • Both fields are optional. You only need to set the value for the one you want.

    • Scheduling happens periodically every 15 minutes. These periods line up to publish the changes at standard intervals, i.e., 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, etc.

To ensure your content is published at the next available time interval, set it to publish before. For example, if you want to publish your content at 9 a.m., use 8:55 a.m.; if you want to publish your content at 4:30 p.m., use 4:25 p.m., and so on.

The time portion is optional. The default time is midnight EST.

2. Submit for Review

  1. Once ready, set the State of your content (at the bottom of the screen) to In Review. This will allow content reviewers to access your content.

  2. Save

3. Review and Approval

  • The content will undergo the standard review and moderation process. Once approved your content it will be saved as Approved / Pending.

  • Once Approved, you will NOT be able to make any further edits to your content. If you need to make a change, please submit a ticket.

Things to Avoid

  • Changing the Title will change the URL. This change is reflected immediately. Redirects will be created as expected so access to your content will not be affected, but
