As described in the documentation on sending your email, you can select as many lists as you need when you click into the distribution list field.  You can send to only Faculty, Staff, or Students, all, or a combination of these.   


Faculty Lists

When you send it to the faculty, use the BSPH – Faculty distribution list. Even though you are sending it to the faculty, we have a few additional lists that you need to include when you attach your distribution list.  The first list to include is BSPH - Extra-divisional Faculty. You should also include BSPH – Faculty - EHE. The following lists should be included when you email faculty.   

  • BSPH – Faculty (Automatically generated) 
  • BSPH – Faculty – EHE (Automatically generated to include EHE faculty whose primary appointment is in the Whiting School of Engineering) 
  • BSPH – Extra-divisional Faculty (Manually created to include special cases who are not on the main faculty list but are approved to receive BSPH faculty emails) 


Staff List

When you send to Staff, you should use the BSPH – Staff distribution list.   

 

Students List

When you send to Students, you should use the BSPH – Students distribution list. Note: The Students list also contains BSPH Post Docs.   


Combination of Lists

You can combine lists to contact multiple audiences. When you do, make sure to follow the list information from above. Here are some examples.   

  • Students, Staff, and Faculty 
  • Students and Staff 
  • Students and Faculty  
  • Staff and Faculty
