In order to use the schedule functionality in StaffBase, you need to have your timezone set to the East Coast. Otherwise, your email will not go out at your desired time. To do this, follow these directions.


TO get started, go to your Account Icon in the upper right.

  1. In the dropdown, click on Settings
  2. Click Account 
  3. Use the dropdown to select your desired time zone; for Baltimore, we use New York, which is GMT -05:00
