Individual form access. Form Manager
Critera and responsibilities of access to an individual form:
- Have an active Drupal Account
- Be in a Department, Office, Center, or Institute that is responsible for the form
- Only have a few forms
Criteria and responsibilites of a form manager:
- Be in a Department, Office, Center, or Institute that provides assistance/support to another group.
- Have an active Drupal Account
- Be willing to train and support the subordinate group
If you do not meet these criteria, then your Form Manager will give you access to a Form that you can edit.
Individual form access
- If you do not have an active Drupal account, you will need to go through the training
- Submit a ticket, and request access to your form
Once we give you access to a form, you can make edits to the form.
Form Manager
To become a Form Manager, you need to follow these steps
- If you do not have an active Drupal account, you will need to go through the training
- Now that you are at leas a Form Manager, Request that the Web Team assign you the roles of Form Manager
Once you are a Form Manager, you can then start building forms and giving access to a form.
